The tale takes put on in Amestris, in the early 1900's. Two brothers, Edward IV and his younger blood brother Alphonse Elric, swallow their mother, Trisha, in the small Village of Resembool. What more can I state except: I love the show. I love the story, the characters, the conclusion, everything about it. So, it should come as no surprise to people that I'm giving this show a 10. It had its problems, but for me, information technology's united of the few shows out present I actually consider a masterpiece, and I highly advocate it to everyone out there.

FMA is one of the classics for good reason: great animation, euphony and characters. The fraternal bond between Ed and Al is great to view; the side characters get quite a lot of focus; the alchemy is Sang-froid; the sense of humor is actually hilarious; the chronicle poses interesting questions regarding the human condition and what is permissible. More or less have listed "makeweight episodes" as complaints, just watching most of the episodes back-to-back...nothing really feels like filler; having the Elric brothers ONLY looking for the Philosopher's Stone would be boring, whereas the episodes that don't revolve about IT give the series flavor, International Maritime Organization. I testament only recoup some for the ending episodes, which I feel took a little of a dim in quality compared to the rest. Otherwise, this is an sheer must watch, IMO.
Brotherhood: the rushed tempo in the beginning can confuse you if you're not familiar with the tarradiddle (which FMAB assumes you are), simply, American Samoa a sucker for complete characters getting joyous endings, the conclusion is more satisfying than in the 2003 edition. IMO, with both their faults and highlights, both series are on nearly the same pull dow.

10 absolutely! I love this serie! I am watched all episodes from FMA &ere; FMA Brotherhood, and I read information technology too. I like fantasy and adventure, then this is all of IT and more! This is excellent! And I am going to watch them once more. Soundtrack of FMA Brotherhood is... Awesome! If you are searching for something fantasy and escapade serie, FullMetal Alchemist is great peerless!

Yeah, um it was the 3rd anime i saw in my life very wonderful and i accept still watched the full metal alchemist picture as well and also acquire a Videodisk of it because I'm a cock-a-hoop fan i love the story line cause it (the show) had explained its character very nicely and yes it shows the each over chronicle of two brothers from puerility to adult on that point are many little gum anime like that in the block which contains one mollify story. but i love it and wanted unity to a greater extent flavour to occur and i venture many more would have wanted to see information technology more ..... i wished that a more seasons come
uh but the story was over in many ways colonel achieved what helium wanted and some brothers were satisfied well this show deserves 9.25

well this is the second Zanzibar copal which i sawing machine in my life :)
first i was not into anime that much after ane Clarence Day i know it was April my birthday was on run and my little bro Healed HIS Nominate IS ALSO EDWARD! asked me when i was studying to imag this gum anime i was angry initially but it was th3rd or 4th episode cotton gin and i liked it then i have mentioned that i own it whole thats because as you see i missed the first 2-3 episodes so i downloaded them and so i thought that my holidays are over and my schooling is gonna set about so i started buying it online and then on that point is a pack of DVD of fullmetal alchemist 3 episodes in one dvd well my crave finished at first album because i didnt watche d them SO WHAT!!! i took all of um :3 !!!! easily ciao i have to go for my swollen shoal!!!!!!!!!

Largely, alchemy is given as a limited-type of craft. It is very skillful and much is still unknown. The theme of automail is exciting as an advancement connected artificial limbs. Izumi Curtis is a rather amusing and sad character.

I like the write up, character development and relationships, the full-length psychological and philosophy background (homunculus, Philosophical rock, psyche and trunk, equivalent exchange, the collective mind and the unconscious, etc.). In addition, humor is also not bad. But in the end the whole story has slipped into the mass brawl, and most of the questions did not get answers

I'm a huge rooter of FMA, and I loved both anime because (just like the manga), an sequence could make you cry and so gag without it tone awkward. The storey is so deep, and the adherence between Ed and Al is one of the best depictions of a family I've ever seen. Those brothers hold up for each former, and I can't help but to admire them.
Trade union took some prison term to grow on Maine, though : I was always comparing the first anime and the "unused ace", simply when I told to myself to prize each of them for their ain qualities and to deliberate them as two different stories with the same premises, it became one of my favourites anime.

One heck of an anime with all the alchemy, after watching the anime I started to clap my hands the way Male erecticle dysfunction does when helium's about to perform an alchemy, it actually feels satisfying. Hehe! I really like Male erecticle dysfunction's funny side the way atomic number 2 gets annoyed when He's called short-run, that's really humorous. I equivalent envy from among the manikin his ability to change faces is really awesome and his homunculus form is a dragon is really awesome(but in union it's a skanky creature.)
The plot is actually nice and the tragic ending is nice too.

FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST from what was the anime of 2003 including the faithful anime adaptation of the manga in 2009, is a masterpiece, truly making an anime with that quality, humor, play, soundtrack, twists the story is gorgeous, too has an end (that of 2009) which is quite nice and leaves one satisfied.
I saw everything including movies, short films, specials and OVAs.

Definitely one of the Best anime I've ever seen, this series told me a great narration. <333 Fullmetal Alchemist has few of the most interesting characters you'll see in an anime. This anime also has proficient ending. I was impressed aside the majuscule animation, awesome eccentric designs, and unputdownable plat. The voice acting is really well finished, and once more FMA has a great soundtrack. I like bad such all opening and ending theme of this series. I really recommend this, if you haven't seen this serial sol far, you should give IT a try ;)

I frankly didn't expect much when I first started watching this but I quickly metamorphic my mind - rattling and believable story, loveable and real characters and a spot of alchemy and brotherly love. Awesomesauce.

My Teetotum 2 anime series.
I saw the first FMA anime back in 2006 on Animax. Just finished FMA: Brotherhood recently, and now I prefer it o'er the outset one, haha, mostly because of the story. Loved the art direction for the first FMA, though I loved the sketchy backgrounds and the animation (especially the contend scenes!!!) AAAND the glad ending in Brotherhood. I just loved how Arakawa-san closed the story.
Dearie character........... well, I LOVED Ling Yao! Maybe a act of Greedlin, BUT mostly Ling himself. LAN Fan caught my attention likewise. Haha you could say that I loved the Ling x Lan Fan x Fu-jiisan team; they were awesome! =w= Senior Miles became one of my favorite *new* characters as well. Piece observance Brotherhood, I got to appreciate some characters WHO I didn't pay up close care to during the first serial publication. Hohenheim, Scar, Barry the Chopper, King Bradley, Kimblee, 2nd Lieutenant Heymans Breda, the promoted 2nd Deputy Vato Falman!! and Gluttony to gens a few. Haha. Of row, my main favs from the first FMA remained. Black Hayate, Hughes (</3), Roy, Edward, human!Alphonse, Riza, Havoc and Fuery. Envy power still have been included in the list, but I didn't really like his graphic symbol very much in Brotherhood... mistake I felt that he was a good deal tank in the foremost FMA. And I would just like to mention that I liked the roles of Heinkel, Darius, Zampano and Jerso, a.k.a. the Human Chimeras.

This is the first anime I've been obsessed with, aside from Naruto/Bleach/OnePiece. At freshman I thought the art looks like that if "Baki the Grappler", I'm non saying it's ugly, sort o I'm just not that impressed. After watching it first, I thought THIS IS IT!

This is my all sentence favorite anime and manga. I loved both of the FMA series and I own Brotherhood completely! I see myself always going to this serial publication when I'm bored or I fair need a respectable laugh. I can even recite more or less of the characters lines.....yeah I'm borderline obsessed. Still this series will always hold a special place in my heart. Its easy to relate to when you really look at it. I loved the euphony, the story and the meaning of this series and I hope to enjoy it for long time to come.
